Exceptional service. Staff are very coordinated, disciplined and mindful of guests. Amazing location, beach is literally a footstep away and the pool too is very clean and pleasant. The beach has paid and free areas, would recommend just buying a blowup bed and enjoying the free zones. Breakfast is very rich and varied. Great variety of everything: even grapefruits and kiwis and diverse sausage sorts. Dinner was okay. Great Danish blue cheese and salads but not that big of a warm food selection with the same fish every day next to pork and chicken meals. Not a lot of soft drinks options even though its open buffet (only water and lemon water) which was lacking. Special thank you to the housekeeping once again for being so helpful and kind with answering our requests. Great hotel!

- The hotel is located in the center of Sunny Beach with access to the beach, surrounded by a large number of restaurants, bars and shops - Very nice, polite and always ready to help staff, especially the girls at the reception. - Nice and not cramped rooms with good air conditioning and a spacious balcony. - Delicious and hearty breakfast and a variety of food for dinner, including seafood. - Excellent desserts and fruits for every taste. - Excellent spa, including a sauna, Turkish bath, pool and Thai massages.

We absolutely loved the design of the hotel, the rooms were clean and in was very pleasant to stay there. The variety of breakfast was great and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful even in stressful situations.

The hotel is renovated, central location, beach front. Step away from many restaurants, shops, attractions, etc. The breakfast is various, fresh, well arranged. The linen, towels - very good quality. The mattress quality- best sleeping. What I didn’t like: Not enough water pressure. The AC is not cooling at all and the temperature is not changeable. The parking in front of the hotel is small and operated separately (20 BGN/day). Not sure during high season, if the capacity is enough.

The rooms were very clean and modernly furnished. The staff was always friendly—especially Michael (a really cool guy). The view from the balcony was very nice (sea view). The spa area was very small but okay. All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend a stay there
